Concert Review

I’m sure we can all remember what happened three years ago in the summer of June 25th, 2009 when the world mourned the loss of Michael Jackson. His death caused a great affect around the world. On November 2010, the MJ Estate in partner with Cirque du Soleil announced the MJ Immortal World Tour. This show creates a spectacular concert experience as a way of honoring his legacy. On March 30th I was invited to attend the MJ show at the Prudential Center located in Newark, NJ. Walking in the building I could feel Michael’s presence moving through the entire arena. As I sat and watched the show I had no idea what to expect, but I could not look away. Fans are given an opportunity to enjoy some of those classic tunes, Billie Jean, Black or White, or Man in the Mirror. After the show I had to buy the soundtrack. This show will make you cry, dance, but overall It will make you appreciate Michael for what he truly was, a musical genius. I’m Abdul for Kean Review.
